A recall of the Rav4 electric vehicle has been announced. This recall is due to faulty batteries. Owners of the recalled Rav4 cars are advised to replace batteries with new batteries.
The recall affects the 1,600 Rav4’s sold in the US. The new batteries will be made in Canada and the US, and will be made for the Rav4. The recall involves 1,600 vehicles.
The recall affects only the Rav4. The Toyota company has said that it is investigating the cause. The Rav4 is a hybrid vehicle that uses electric motors to propel the vehicle.
The recall does not apply to the Rav4 sedan, which is a smaller car. The recall is only applicable to Rav4 Hybrid vehicles that are sold in the US that have been produced since 2010. The Honda Fit hybrid is not affected by the recall. Toyota is also recalling about 1,100 Rav4 Sedans that were sold in the US in 2010. The recall applies to 1,100 Rav4 Sedans. No replacement sedans are being offered.
This is a recall that Toyota is not planning to fix. The recall only applies to hybrid Rav4 models that are sold in the US that have been produced since 2010.

It’s good to know that the Rav4 is back in production once again. The only problem is that the car’s recall has been pretty extensive and includes a number of parts on the car that could possibly be a safety issue. I’m not sure if Toyota’s solution is to make it a little more difficult to get the parts in the car (and thus make it less likely people will buy it), or to simply not offer those parts. Either way, I’m glad Toyota is being proactive.
The recall has been put out by the Toyota Auto Group. The recall covers the Rav4’s lithium-ion battery pack, which is an internal battery that is used to power the car, and a number of other parts on the car, such as the steering wheel and the power seats. The cars have been recalled since April 2016, and the recalled parts are not yet being replaced.
