They may be so unhappy that they have to hide out from society and avoid any social interaction. This is why it is important to make sure we are doing our best to live a balanced life.

The best way to do this is to have a balanced lifestyle. Don’t eat too much, drink too much, or even smoke. If you are chronically unhappy, it is important to work on this. Most of us would never think of these things, because we’re really not that crazy, but the truth is, most people are just not that kind of person.

When I was growing up I was taught to say “no” a lot. I had a very narrow life and I was always afraid to stray from it. My parents had been married for 14 years at one point and I learned to say no to an overwhelming amount of people. I had to be very careful what I said and how I said it. I’m still not sure who I was really trying to please, my parents or myself.

I’d like to think that most everyone has a good life. But that’s not true. Many people aren’t good people. If you were really good at something, you would want to do that thing so much that you wouldn’t have the time to do anything else. It’s just that most people can’t do that. They must choose between their career and their family, or their career and their friends or their friends’ families or their friends’.
