What a great way to get to know your local Red Hat employees and learn about what they do at the company. Attend the event and hear from Red Hat’s VP of Engineering, Ken Segall, who will share how the company has grown from the initial idea in 1991, and how today Red Hat’s employees contribute to the company’s success.

As one of the Red Hats employees in attendance, I must comment on the event. It’s a great way to learn about what you do and why you do it to, and it will only make you want to do it more. This is especially true at a company that you are proud to work for and that, like yourself, you want to contribute the best you can.

The event was held by Red Hat’s parent company, Red Hat, Inc., and attended by hundreds of employees. Red Hats founder, and former Red Hat employee, Bob Zeller, told us that the event was held to help employees understand the company and what they are trying to accomplish. We’re not just talking about “red hat” companies, we’re talking about any company that wants to be a better employer. For example, this event was held in the company’s first place cafeteria to help employees learn about their new role and how they can contribute to making the company better.

Zeller also said that the event was a big chance for employees to go home and be proud of what they do.

We were there to learn more about what it means to be a professional employee of a big company. In part we were there to learn more about the company and what makes it tick. And in part we were there to be proud of our own role in the company, to recognize that it’s not just about us, we have our own jobs to do and so we need to do them well and we need to take care of our bosses.

The red hat summit is a yearly event held by the National Association of Professional Employees. According to the website, the event is to be held in Washington D.C. over the weekend of the Fourth of July and it’s open to the public. We were invited by the event because we love our jobs and what we do, so we thought it was great to be a part of it.

The theme of this year’s summit was the “10 reasons that the job you do makes you a better person.” We thought maybe there was an opportunity for us to recognize that we are all people and that our jobs don’t always make us happy. We were also hoping to get some ideas for how to move from a job to a job with more freedom and more power. Our biggest challenge was that we had no idea how to go about doing this.

What we have found is that the 10 reasons were actually a lot more about how we perceive our job, which is a good thing.
