For all the things that can or can’t be said during this pregnancy, I am willing to accept that I might have a few things to learn. In the case of this blog, I’ll be learning just how much I can say and just how much I can’t. In other words, learning how to be more self-aware. This blog is about self-awareness and self-awareness is about being aware of your own thoughts and reactions.
Just like I said in the title, learning how to be more self-aware is about practicing being aware of your actions. For example, I sometimes forget to use the bathroom, but I always remember to use the restroom. I also tend to forget why I am taking a shower, but I always remember that I need to take a shower.
In short, it’s about being aware of your actions and your reactions and your thoughts and emotions. Your awareness of your reactions and thoughts is what keeps you on the path to self-awareness. This is a key part of being aware of your thoughts and reactions, so please remember to be aware of your reactions and thoughts.
