But when I heard this, I thought to myself how the heck is that possible. That’s just it. Liam Carroll is a video game character in the video game The Lazy Writer. He’s not the voice of the character, but he is the voice of the character’s creator.

Im sure some people have a hard time seeing that Liam Carroll is, in fact, the voice of the character we play as in the game, and that he is also the creator of the video game.

This is because The Lazy Writer is actually a game based on a book. Its an episodic story, so we get to see the characters in different outfits, but its not a TV series. The Lazy Writer is a game based on the book by the author, which also happens to be the voice of the character in the game.
