Gently and slowly, I begin to move my finger along the groove of the top of my right foot. I want to get a feel for the groove and its position on the bone. As I move that finger, I want to feel the groove’s relationship to my foot.

What we are seeing in the ‘ground’ movements that we can see in the video game industry is the trend of people getting into a groove and going into a routine that they can maintain for many years.
