This is a small (6′ x 4′) freestanding double oven that came in my garage when I purchased my new fridge. It has an automatic cook (high temp) and a convection oven. I’m not much of a cook, but I like having a way to control my heat and time of use and I wanted a larger oven. I also love how it has a built in microwave and a separate grill for grilling.

I’m not sure if anyone else does this, but I set up my oven to preheat at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes before I start cooking. If I cook something for a long enough period of time, the temperature reaches the desired temperature and I am done.

The oven is a nice touch, and you can preheat it on your stovetop. But the advantage of the oven is you can use it to cook a variety of things, which for us means anything you want to cook, including a pizza. For my own personal oven, I prefer that my oven be on the stovetop, but I find the oven to be extremely convenient.

This is a very expensive oven from a company called CuisinArt. You can read more about them here. My wife and I had a great deal on it, and while I was able to get it for half of what it’s worth, I would have been happy if I could have gotten it for half it’s value.

I think an induction oven is a very nice addition to a kitchen because it lets you cook things that are either difficult to do, or that require a lot of time and energy to heat. There are a few drawbacks to using an induction oven. I don’t know how it handles foods that have a lot of fat in them, but I know it will make it hard to find leftovers to cook later. I don’t have a lot of experience with induction burners, but I’ve seen them used in a few places and I really like how the oven in the trailer looks in the picture.
