Sometimes life feels a bit overwhelming, and it’s easy to get swept away into a world that isn’t really there. I love the face check meditation, which helps me step back and try to take a good look at the world around me.

You know what? Even though Face Check can be done in a variety of ways, the right way is to put your face in your hands and really try to stare into the face of the fear that is staring back at you. I know you cant just look at your face, but if you can focus enough you can at least start to make a face out of it, or at least try to.

This is something I’ve done quite a bit as I’ve gotten a bit anxious, but I still have to admit that it helps me get through the day. You just have to keep your wits about you, and your face out of sight.
