That is just the best way to cook food on an electric oven and there is no reason the new ovens cant be equipped with that.

The new ovens are also much smaller and easier to maintain. In fact, the first thing you do when you open the new ovens is to turn them all off. You can also choose to preheat your ovens first, which means you cook an entire chicken at one time.
I’ve been using this method for years and it’s extremely consistent. Every oven that I’ve opened has had an indicator light come on when it’s time to turn it on, and every single one of them turns itself off and goes back to normal when it’s time to shut it down.
