This icon is designed by a team of customers who work for me to help make customer service more efficient, and that is a big part of what I do. The first icon I designed for my office back in 2008 was a simple, easy-to-understand sign that said, “I have a problem, I need help.” I felt that this simple, easy-to-understand sign would help me communicate with my customers, allowing them to see what I think about the problem and how I am going to help them.
