The truth is that while you drive you will often think about this and worry about it but in reality, the reality is that most of the time what you think worries you are only thinking about the problem. The solution to problems is not thinking about them but solving them.
The truth is that most of the time your problems are small and relatively unimportant. But in a sea of problems, you will sometimes find yourself in a situation where you have too many problems to solve and too little time to do the things that you need to do. Then you will probably need to make a decision.
It’s not that you are going to decide to solve the problem and start working on it (though you might still do that). You will still have time to think about it and consider how to fix it. This is the most important step. You will be thinking about the problem, but you will also be thinking about how you can solve it.
The first step is to decide what problem you have. If it is a computer problem, then you have to consider what you can do to solve the problem. If you want to build a new computer, then you need to consider what you can do to make it work. If you want to get a computer that will do your job for you, then you need to consider how you can get it to do your job for you.
The second step is to set your goal. You need to identify the problem and the solution. You might have a computer that has a hard time with a certain task, and you need to figure out a way to make it more efficient. You might have a computer that won’t let you put a certain item into a certain slot, and you need to figure out what you can do to get it to do what you want.
For instance, what if your computer couldn’t do that for you? You could buy a really good keyboard. You could put a custom key on it. You could buy software that can do that, but you also need to consider what features it has. You might not need a mouse. You might not need a joystick. You might not even need to program it.
Well, that brings us to the third of the three levels of self-awareness. That is, realizing how our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions control us and how we need to change them to be able to function at optimal levels.
There is a difference between the first two levels. A person with self-awareness knows, in the literal sense, that she is not in a time loop. That is, she is able to recognize the nature of her habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. That’s the first of the three types of self-awareness. The next two levels are the two levels that I tend to refer to as “meta-cognition.
Meta-awareness is a bit more than just the ability to recognize our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. It is the ability to say to ourselves, “Yeah… I’m a person with habits, routines, impulses, and reactions that have been operating in a time loop. I need to change them or I will die.
