8am to 4pm is an hour and a half of sleep.

This is also the same amount of time that most of us spend in bed at night. This is also an hour and a half of not thinking about what we’re doing at all. When we’re not in the middle of a project or brainstorming on a new idea, we’re on our phones, texting, surfing the net, or playing video games.

I use the term “working time” to describe the amount of time spent “working” in the traditional sense. But work is a much broader category. In the past, most people in the world worked for a few hours a day and then went to bed. But, now it’s common to see people working for an hour or two a day, but doing absolutely nothing else. Because of this, most people spend most of their waking hours in front of computers or the internet.

I’m not sure that I’m the only one who thinks this. People work in such a way that they are constantly looking at their phones and tablets, checking emails, waiting for their next meeting, or responding to messages. This makes it easy to go from being at work to being at home in the middle of the night. I know I’m guilty of not checking my phone for work emails, but I also know that I have a habit.

Although a lot of people spend all their waking hours on their phones, some of us are actually checking our phones. The average hour spent on our phones in one year is 8 hours. I know I spend the majority of my waking hours on my tablet, so Im not sure why Im so concerned. I know it’s a habit, and I know that if I just stopped for an hour, I could easily do the same thing.

I often refer to the hours spent on your phone as “the hours you should be checking your phone.” While it’s true that most people tend to be on their phone for much less than 8 hours per day, that’s not what I’m talking about. The hours spent on your phone is the hours spent on your phone doing absolutely nothing.

I would argue that your phone should be used every hour of your day, but for some reason the average American is never on their phone for 8 hours per day. I would argue that if you were on your phone all the time, you would likely be doing something productive. But, that doesn’t change the fact that you’re not.

The problem with the average American is that they are so busy they don’t even realize they’re spending their time doing nothing productive. I think part of the reason I have a job and live in a dorm is because I have to work and go to school a few hours each day. Even if I were to take one day off to do nothing, I would still be spending the same amount of time doing nothing. This is why I think that the average American should spend less time with their phones.

The best way to spend your time is to do something meaningful. If you take a day off to go to the store, I think that would be a more productive day.

Well, if you’re going to have a day off from your phone, it might as well be a day where you can actually go to the store and do something productive for a change. So for the record I think that you should set aside time each day to do something productive.
